I made silkscreened patches of this today.
This is me today doing Aerial Yoga for the very first time. I tried to recreate the actual headstand pose that I did during class however my juicy booty wouldn’t allow all of the silk to roll under properly to achieve it for the photo (boo&hiss!).
Hanging from and laying in (shavasana) the silk hammocks was euphoric. If my 400 pound self can do it, certainly you can too!
