Belated Winter

Dress/Belt: Meijer (local big box), Tights, Scarf, Purse: Target, Boots: Torrid (on sale now for $29.99. Available in black or brown)

This outfit probably isn’t as warm as it looks, but because the colors are dark-ish, I feel this is definitely a fall/winter outfit. But I got the dress on clearance for $4. I will probably wait to wear it next year (unless it gets cold again). It says it is a size Medium. Which leads to my point: Sizes on the tags are frequently only suggestions.
